Heart of Iowa Democrats Event With JD Scholten & Glenn Hurst

The Poweshiek Democrats’ Heart of Iowa Speaker Series continues on Wednesday, April 7 at 7 p.m. with an event dedicated to organizing in rural Iowa.
The guests will be JD Scholten, former congressional candidate for Iowa’s very rural (and very Republican) Fourth District, and Glenn Hurst, the chair of the Iowa Democratic Party’s rural caucus. We are excited to hear from JD and Glenn about what they learned in the last election cycle and what strategies they encourage candidates to pursue in 2022.
