2026 Annual Caucus Meeting

The Poweshiek County Democratic Party will hold our annual caucus meetings on Monday, February 2 at 7 pm.
These are meetings to elect neighborhood representatives to the party’s Central Committee, learn more about this year’s elections, and connect with fellow Democrats.
There are two locations:
Drake Public Library
930 Park Street, Grinnell
For Democrats in Grinnell, Montezuma, and Searsboro
And townships of Chester, Jackson, Grant, Union, Pleasant, Scott, Sugar Creek, and Washington
BGM Elementary School Library
1090 Jackson Street, Brooklyn
For Democrats in Brooklyn, Deep River, Guernsey, Malcom, and Victor
And the townships of Bear Creek, Jefferson, Lincoln, Madison, Sheridan, and Warren
Open to all registered Democrats in Poweshiek County
