Our first guest will be Rep. Ras Smith of Waterloo on Wednesday\, March 3 at 7 p.m.\n\n\n\nRSVP and pose your questions for Rep. Smith at and we will send you the Zoom link closer to the event.\n\n\n\nSmith is the ranking Democrat on the Iowa House Education Committee\, the center of many of this year’s debates about public school funding and COVID measures in our state. He was also instrumental in securing the Iowa Legislature’s unanimous support for a police reform bill last summer.
