Print and fill out the form from the Secretary of State’ site and mail it to Poweshiek County Auditor\, PO Box 57\, Montezuma\, IA 50171 \n\n  \nWe recommend mailing your absentee ballot request by Saturday\, October 17 to ensure that it is received in time for processing at the Auditor’s Office.
